The staff here welcomed my family for a visit with open arms! This is one of the best places we have visited and felt very welcomed. All of our questions were answered prominently and with exact answers. My family feels very comfortable allowing our family member stay here! We are very excited to proceed forward in the process with this facility after just one visit! I recommend that people not only just visit for their own sake but for their family members health. Riverton is an exceptional skilled nursing facility that truly stands out for its compassionate and dedicated care. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported and valued. Ericka, the social worker, is incredibly kind, empathetic, and always attentive to the needs of both residents and their families. Michelle, the business office manager, is not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to clearly explain everything, making the process seamless and stress-free. Ashley leads a great therapy department that helps residents achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive and motivating environment. I genuinely couldn’t imagine a better place to entrust the care of a loved one.

We moved our parents in to the Riverton Enhanced Living facility less than 6 months ago. The staff have been very helpful in trying to assist my parents in making this transition from their own home to apartment living as smooth as possible. There are many front office, wellness center, nursing staff, kitchen help, activity planners, beauty salon helpers and even transportation personnel that show special caring and compassion. We are very grateful that the Riverton family has welcomed our parents to their new home. So you may be thinking why not 5 stars then. I want to be honest in saying that there has been a learning curve for all. We would like to see Riverton update their communication system with patients and straighten out their billing issues. All in all, great choice for our parents and yours!
I had a great time interacting with the residents here. The staff here are so friendly and always ready to help. I liked the environment too…very neat.
