I love talking and getting to know their likes and dislikes like a family member should I love my resident and wouldn't have any other job.

Such a well put together Memory Care Community. The Community is always clean and smelling good. The food is fantastic. The staff is super-friendly. Margie the Executive Director is very hands on as is Dollie and Darla who help with the day to day. Every time I walk into the Community there is some kind of fun activity taking place, and there is also great support from the Outside Vendors who help with Home Care assistance and Hospice Care if need be. This is easily one of the best Memory Care Communities in the DFW area.
My mother, Lois was at this facility for nearly 2 years. Every time I went to see her one of the employees was walking with her or hugging her and laughing with her. Every time I talked to management it was encouraging. The place was clean and neat at all times and her care was 10 out of 10 stars. If you want your loved one to be taken care of by the best, this is the place to make sure it is done.
As someone who has worked in senior living, in a variety of capacities, for more years than I can count; I highly recommend Riverside Oxford Memory Care! I am currently a hospice consultant with Good Shepherd, and recently visited the community for a music event with the residents. It is beautiful and clean, and most importantly, the staff are amazing!🤩 Several staff members have been there 5,10 or more years! And they all engage with the residents. From kitchen staff, to med techs, aids and housekeepers- they all treat residents with dignity and respect. I was able to witness lunch and snacks being served and I got to meet the chef. I can report- the food is top notch! The activity program is excellent as well, keeping the residents engaged throughout the day. If you are looking for memory care in the North Fort Worth/Saginaw/Mid cities areas- I urge to visit this community! 😊
Riverside Oxford is the BEST memory care facility hands down! My loved one has access to a wonderful staff. The maintenance techs, nurses, assistants, fun activity advocates, managers and directors - care, have daily direct contact with my loved one, keeps the facility clean and repairs up to date daily, attentive to my loved one and myself, respectful and kind. The staff isn't only there for my loved one but they are also there for me! He has been in 3 different facilities and I've had to pull him out due to the care. The journey was too difficult until I came across Riverside Oxford Memory Care. If you have a loved one that would need a memory care facility, please choose Riverside Oxford. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
