This is really good nursing home for rehab. It has pulmonary program. I have been going to this place recently from few months and it has been tremendously improved from before. The most clean place. Under new administration and most involved in patients care and needs.

I’ve been working with the team at Riverside for the past 4 years. They have some of the best care staff and clinicians around with a phenomenal leadership team. Michael the administrator and Gretchen the director of nursing are both wonderful and compassionate people, along with their amazing team in place. Highly recommend!
HORRIBLE PLACE! I put my uncle in this facility in July due to him having issues at home with standing and walking. While home he didn’t experience ANY INJURIES AT ALL. I was told that my uncle would be receiving rehab and will be monitored for falls. There were no safety precautions taken to avoid him from getting really hurt. After being there for three months he had a fall. I received a call that assured me he was okay. Three days after his fall he received an XRAY the XRAY showed nothing but the aids expressed to the nurses that he should seek another opinion. The aids noticed a difference in my uncle, but the nurses ignored their request. There’s a nurse there by the name of Peaches who said he’s fine to me. Even when speaking to me she suggested he was okay. She went against her own staff opinions and didn’t seek more attention for my uncle. Long story short my uncle broke his hip and wasn’t treated until a WEEK LATER! This place is HORRIBLE! Staff is very unprofessional, nurses are nonchalant! Not a caring facility at all! I have proof to back up everything I’m stating. Of course they’re going to try and cover their tracks! But I have all the proof I need! KEEP YOUR LOVE ONES AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I resided at the facility at3 and a half year's and made alot of friends and the staff was very helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Riverside for your loved ones.
My husband and I are enjoying our time at Riverside Nursing home we feel that our needs are getting met and our health is definitely getting better. We are already independent people but here at Riverside they are making sure that when we leave we will be more independent and not be afraid to do what we can on our own. We go to Physical therapy everyday and it's worth it. The Professional trainers here work us very hard. At first we didn't like it but we realized that at the end of the day it would be worth it. Now when we go to Physical therapy we work hard and we like it cause we know it's only to make us better. Thanks to Ty we enjoy going to therapy everyday❤️ - HOAGLANDS
