I would leave zero stars if I could for the management of this property. My father passed away. We were informed we would have 2 weeks to clean out his apartment. What we (4 adults on 2 different occasions) were neglected to be told was that they were charging us a prorated daily rate to do that. They took his entire security deposit back. He lived there for 23 years never bothered anyone, never asked for anything. Penny in the office who likes to leave false 5 star reviews (and actually replying to the review) pretending she is a tenant, is rude. I know understand why my father was never a fan of hers. At no time did she EVER inform us that they would be charging us to clean out his apartment. Basically stealing his security deposit. There is no compassion or consideration given at all. They charged him a prorated fee for the washer and dryer for the 2 weeks, seriously is that necessary. A cash grab if ever I saw one. They should all be ashamed of how they treat tenant family's at the worst possible time of their lives.

I am so happy that I moved here. Management are great they are always happy to assist you . Maintenance guys are great they are always there for you . My only wish is that we could fix the intercoms that is so important living here. Happy again too be At Riverhead landing
This is a wonderful place to live. I just wish they would fix the apartment intercom system. Anyone could ring one or more bells and someone will let them in. Makes no sense to have the building doors locked. A real security issue. Needs to be addressed
They told me over the phone that the pet policy is 35lbs. The waiting list papers (legal) specifically says 25lbs. The Assistant Manager then said she would ask and called the next day and confirmed 35lbs again. I am not giving this management company the ability to possibly cause total chaos over my life due to this weight limit issue once I move in after moving from four hours away! I feel if you are telling me "under the table" it is 35lbs , it should say that on the legal papers your management gives its prospective tenants. They deserve no star. This is a huge red flag before moving in. RESPONSE: Your management should not tell people moving in it is 35lbs. I did use it as a legal reference and you did not which is why you get a bad review. I read your other bad reviews and believe every word. Unbelievable.!
My husband and I and our little dog moved in recently and we love it! It's quiet beautiful grounds nice sized apts just perfect for us! The amenities are great our neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other too. The staff is great we couldn't be happier! We are also so close to the stores . Our new home is just perfect!
