Nurses, aides, pt, ot, housekeeping, meals... were exceptional. Did not have any problems. Had great nurses, Natalie, Jay, Kelli and others were very considerate and kind, along with aide Danielle, Theresa and all others. PT & OT were great, Pam and Kim were very helpful along with the others. Food was pretty good, sometimes got food we didn't ask for but it was good. Our housekeeping, great! They cleaned the floors and sanitized daily, very impressed.

I have a blessed reverence for this institution, it's Nurces are professional and courteous. The building is kept up and, cleaned; most importantly of all, the receptionists, have shown a higher level of professionalism. My loved one has been at Rivergate for just a few weeks now but I do notice and appreciate the professionalism of the staff. I have received lots of phone calls from the staff to help orient my loved one to his new environment. Every one I have spoken to has been pleasant from the receptionists, to the nurses, nurse assistants, therapists, and administrative staff, on down. Even the laundry care workers had a nice attitude. This is not a perfect place but they are willing to work with you. They also have a Resident Care Conference where you can talk to someone from all the departments and get your concerns addressed. I have been careful to leave feedback when something is not to my liking and they have been very accommodating. So far everything is going well.
The staff members I talked to were very knowledgeable/helpful/respectful and courteous to my dad and me. They answered all my questions and updates on my dad's condition on my every visit. I also get courtesy calls regularly. I am very happy with choosing River Gate as my dad's place for his care!
Excellent staff and nursing care. This is a great place to come to heal. The nurses are warm-hearted, caring and truly concerned about your well-being while you are under their care. The occupational therapy and physical therapy staff are second to none.They are "Angels on Earth" and actually care about getting you well and back to health. Thank you so much!
