My aunt transitioned here in June 2020 and we couldn’t be happier. The place is spotless, the food is very good, and the people are wonderful! I have never met such warm, kind and caring individuals. From our initial meeting with John to her daily care from Rose, Michelly and Kim, it feels like an extension of our family watching out for her. This is very comforting to us especially in these uncertain times. Her Assisted Living apartment was recently updated with top quality finishes. She has nearby access to a shaded or sunny patio with a waterfall view which she enjoys daily. Even though this type of change in a loved one’s life is sometimes difficult, I have to say the staff at River Court has been exceptional and has worked to ensure her success.
This is a very strong letter of recommendation based on our family's experience with Rivercourt Residences. Our mother was an assisted living resident for three years, from 2017 - 2020. We cannot overstate the exceptional care she received during her time at Rivercourt. The nursing and aide staff felt like family, providing such loving, empathic, and devoted care to meet her needs. Housekeeping and maintenance staff also went out of their way to assist her. She was always so impressed with the level of dedication and was incredibly grateful to administrative staff for their ability to select and hire truly compassionate and conscientious employees. During lockdown from Covid-19, Rivercourt staff went out of their way to proactively protect residents and keep them safe. Mom raved about the "five-star hotel service" she received, with all meals brought to her room daily, along with some individual activities tailored to resident needs given the need for isolation. In addition, staff communications with our family was always timely, responsive, and deeply appreciated. We cannot say enough good things about the extraordinary care our mom received, along with the beautiful, clean, and well-cared for facility and grounds at Rivercourt. It truly felt like home to Mom, and to us, her family. We could not be happier with Mom's choice to make her home at Rivercourt Residences.
I visited recently and was very impressed by the staff, activities, cleanliness and overall operation of RiverCourt Residences. A lovely community!
