My mother was at this place and received terrible care in 2024. She was left to sit in a dirty diaper for hours, was never bathed, teeth not brushed, filthy room, dirty sheets, and multiple falls. Our family would care for her when visiting since they were not doing their jobs. She would be left in the same clothes for days if we didn't say something. When we would ask the staff to assist, they would act like we were bothering them. They were extremely understaffed and my mom hated it there. I am wondering why all of the old reviews were removed and this place has a five star review now. What a joke!

My mother in law was placed in the care of this home in 2024.The staff there did not care as anytime we asked for something it was always a problem.There were times we had to request for her to be bathed as it was not being done.When arriving, there were multiple times in which she soiled herself and my wife or my sister in laws had to change her. Her dirty clothes when she was changed would be thrown in a corner and not even removed from the room. There were also things stolen from her room. There are so many other things I could point out, but this place was an absolute joke.
If i can give this place 0 stars I would. My father has been in this place for four going on five years and hasn’t got a single physical therapy he’s always on drugs sleeping and always in the bed. When I come to visit him the hygiene hasn't been taking care of nails just long teeth not brushed hair matted like i'm really not understanding whats going on. They all sit there on the 2nd floor in the middle of the island not doing a goddamn thing I came to bring him out the hospital for his bday and when I bought him back it was night time so the center was closed three nurses came out and said hey hector and watched me struggle to take him out the car and put him in the wheelchair. When I finally got him into the chair the door is locked and Im trying to get in these same nurses are sitting there on the side smoking a cigarette like they don't hear or see me tryna get in the building. Finally got him upstairs those same nurses walked past me on the way out KNOWING I wasn't going to be able to leave out because the doors were locked and kept walking I was stuck in the building for like 5min trying to get out of there the customer service is horrible and they don’t care to do their job beside a selected few. I been trying to get him transferred and all they say is there is a process and never want to move forward with that process. I NEED SOMETHING DONE ASAP BECAUSE MY FATHER WOULD'VE BEEN BETTER BY NOW IF HE WAS HOME THEY'RE NOT DOING ANYTHING. The staff are snappy when I ask about my father and even tell me things like “he’s not going to get better” and hang up in my face don’t bring your loved ones here if they actually need help!
This is an awesome place. All the employees nurses and staff that I've experienced for the past few years have always been awesome.
Everyone at River view is so sweet and caring. They take amazing care of my grandma and I’m so thankful she’s in good hands.
