This place is not what it seems to be. It’s infested with roaches and the trash bins are always full of garbage on the floor. The office staff seem nice but when there’s an issue then they deal with it by saying it’s the policy. Inside the apartment there was a water leak and it had mold and mildew all inside the walls. My father was only living there for 6 months then he was hospitalized on and off for four months then I had to bring him to my home on hospice. When I notified the office they gave me a hard time saying that I had to give them 30 days notice to move my Dad out. How does any of those seniors know when there gonna be sick or have a deadly illness. I aaked about my Dad’s security deposit they said they would let me know. A couple weeks later I received a check but they kept $700.00 of my Dad’s money stating it was for painting and carpet cleaning. My father was only there 6 months so really how much cleaning was there, not much. The carpet still looked new and the walls were still good from it being painted before he moved in. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating the elderly that way especially when they have an illness. The worst part was the ROACHES, that place really needs to get exterminated.

I have been currently working on the solar on this property and the management and coordinators are well organized and easy to set up scheduling. They have assisted me with no problems and have been very accommodating. One of their coordinators especially, Kaliyah always has a smile on her face , and anytime I needed maintenance or manager she has assisted me quickly with a smile. They are extremely big on safety and considerate of their tenants. Out of all the property I’ve worked on they stand above the rest.
I have resided at River Run Senior Apartments owned by Avanath management for approximately 12 yearsI have been extremely happy with the service requests and any issues that may have occurred during my residency. I live on the 3rd and have always felt very secure and appreciate the fact this is a gated community with assigned parking.
Pool is freezing cold and they refuse to warm it.many seniors have arthritis and greatly benefit from water aerobics, however we need warm water, not cold. I don’t think that management is very considerate of seniors needs .
