Hello everyone just wanted to let everyone know how dirty they treated my daughter after she told them that she was pregnant and on October 16 2024 my daughter just sat down to drink her some water and rest for few minutes because she had her tables ready and was just resting for few minutes but she never opened her mouth to the other employees that was sitting down and outside.but anyways she ( Britney Rice ) told my daughter that she was fired to clock out to get out of her building and my daughter told her that she was trying to get ahold of her mom to come pick her up.ive never seen my daughter so upset she loved her job so much.But we have reported them to the EEOC and PWFA and let me tell you they was not happy at all when they took the report we have a appointment with them next Friday in Nashville.i feel so sorry for my daughter she is so sad and still crying because of the way they treated her just because she's pregnant and no job she can't get her apartment now she was just fixing to move in the apartment and fix the baby up a bedroom . She would be so excited if she could have her job back

I can not say enough good things about River Oaks. Melissa, Kevin, Randall, Zee, all of the nurses & everyone there truly care about the residents and we couldn’t ask for a better place to help take care of my grandfather. He truly enjoys his time there & receives excellent care.
Our Mom, Bonnie, has been a resident at River Oaks Place for almost 6 years. We have seen many staff changes during that time, but the staff in place now is excellent. The management team, many taking on new roles in the past 9 months, leads with knowledge, care, thoughtfulness and a sense of humor, encouraging residents to remain healthy and engaged. And their resourcefulness during this pandemic has been excellent.
They don't pay their employees right!!!! the woman who runs the place is a joke, she's very unprofessional an lies about everything Aka "Melissa" doesn't know how to do anything right. I wouldn't put my dog in this place I highly recommend not putting any of your family there. My whole family worked for this place. I just hope they are ready for a class act lawsuit!!!!!! Update she's asking her employees to come on here and write positives because she's being called out. She needs to be worrying about patient neglect an state comeing in.
River Oaks is a excellent place. My Dad has been there for several years and loves it. The staff and management are very professional and care about there jobs. I'm not sure what we would do with out them. I would recommend River Oaks to anyone needing help with there loved ones.
