The collaboration between facility staff and healthcare providers is excellent. Concerns are addressed quickly. The housekeeping staff are always cleaning and keeping the facility looking good. I always feel right at home there and would not hesitate to recommend this facility for care of my loved ones.

I like the small setting makes it a family environment. Management is always there for us to talk or give advice. Kristen is great as a nursing supervisor.Love all the residents yes at times it does get a little out of hand.

My mother has been a resident at Rittenhouse since October of 2022. I visit there several times per week and have met many of the staff members. All of them show respect and a genuine caring for the residents. The facility is clean and the rooms are neat and kept in good condition. I am pleased with the decision we made.
We had a good experience at Rittenhouse Muhlenberg. Our Aunt received kind and gentle care. She received good nutrition, plenty of social engagement (bingo with prizes in particular), and the financial arrangements were made easy with help from the accountant and the CareGrove software. Meals were sometimes delivered to her room when needed, she was able to get a hairdresser on site, transportation to medical appointments was provided, and staff checked on her several times per day. Rittenhouse exceeded our expectations.
