I see on the website you offer 24/7 crisis line for people living in rise apartments what about the neighbors who have lived in their own apartment one that rents not in rise! On the website the way you are eligible is to have a severe ongoing mental health issue there is least 10 kids in the vicinity where I live. They haven’t been too bad but lately it’s gotten worse. My child should not be woke up at 11 at night to shrieking screams and banging on the floor throwing shhhh around. This is an apartment building we all have worked hard to get here. You need to remove these people now!

I have been in the Rise program for the past three years. I like it a lot.
discriminatory towards transgender clients, pays staff pennies and places them in dangerous situations alone, VERY questionable medicaid billing practices. This is just my experience.
These people are in it for the money they lie and as soon as you question them they tell you they can’t help you they have no idea what mental health is and refuse to help you if you don’t do something they like I was turned away because I would t let them see my doctor records but I did t understand what that had to do with getting a place I don’t need special living
I love the friendships that I have made with staff and other clients. Arts and crafts is a way to open up your creative side. Movie Monday is fun too. Many helpful individuals, I enjoy this wonderful place.
