My wife and I recently moved into Rise At Nocatee. We could not be happier. Jerry and Morgan have been amazing to work with and help us get settled in. It is a spectacular building and the grounds and pool area is beautifully kept. Our apartment is absolutely perfect for what we were looking for.

Beautiful property; and has a very peaceful ambiance. When we arrived the Residents seem to be enjoying Bunco in their Clubroom. Jerry was the quintessential host and gave us a very nice tour of the property. From all appearances this community seems to be perfectly managed and maintained. We were very impressed by the entire experience at Rise at Nocatee.
Maintenance is a good as the apartments are good. All staff have been friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable. I especially commend MiMi for her ideas and work on various activities for the residents. She is very helpful in dealing with software issues with much patience
We have the best Manager at Rise. He is always ready to help. Our maintenance team is awesome. Diana works so hard keeping our buildings clean. We are very happy that Water Aerobics has started. So many nice residents. There is something going on every week day. So many of us support each other. We are very happy at the Rise 55+ at Nocatee.
Visited a friend's apartment. Absolutely perfect so very well appointed, beautiful and luxury cabinet's. Impressive staff. Very nice entrance and wide halls. Immaculately maintained.
