My mom could no longer live alone at 90, it wasn't safe. I toured Rio Las Palmas and was excited about everything they offered. My mom is in an assisted living, studio. I tried the food, delicious; The entertainment they have on a regular basis is upbeat and residents enjoy. Most days when I come to visit my mom, there is activity in the lobby, with residents sitting around and enjoying. Communication is outstanding. I am kept up to date on everything about my mom, they are very attentive. Jennifer, Karen and Gloria are amazing. They have made suggestions on care for my mom and were spot on. I can't say enough positive about the entire staff at Rio Las Palmas.

The outstanding thing is the service for the elderly residents. The staff are long term and stable. Many other places have very high turnover of staff. The combination of higher service and room layouts and balconies are the best around. Food service is fine also. My mother has been in 3 places over the decades. She’s happy here.
Rio Las Palmas is an amazing facility! It is a super clean building, with friendly staff who makes any person who walks through the door feel welcomed. You can tell the care staff and team really cares for the residents, and the atmosphere is very embracing and interactive. It is a good community in which the residents are taken good care of as well as busy. Would highly recommend 10/10

My mom is absolutely thriving under the wonderful care she is receiving at Rio. Her apartment is well lighted and the windows allow her to enjoy natural lighting and a lovely view. She loves the food and looks forward to each meal. The staff is so kind and caring. I could not have asked for a better place for my mom to stay. If I could, I would give Rio Las Palmas 10 stars! ⭐️
