I had the pleasure of working with Ms Lynnette Harris, Senior Community Manager, and she was professional, precise and hardworking with us Seniors to help establish us in our new residence. I admire her knowledge with the application process and time she spent helping me. I was so excited when she called me to tell me that I had my new apartment,; how thrilled I was to hear those words. I just want to say, That I had a very pleasant experience with the staff at Riggs crossing senior apartments. Miss Lynette Harris was very professional and helpful. Thank God for people like her.
The service provided at this office is absolutely terrible. They're elderly people, and if they don't answer the phone, you could be having a heart attack. You could ask for help, you could be having an emergency, and they wouldn't answer the phone. I've been trying to contact them for months, sending messages and emails, and they just ignore everything. It's outrageous that irresponsible people can take care of the lives of so many, and so many elderly people, and they don't care at all when they answer their phone.
I have a better perspective of Riggs Crossing Senior Apartments. The apartments are very nice. Ms. Lynette Harris does her job very well.
I am proud and happy to be able to move to Riggs Crossings. I am excited to be first in a brand new apartment with awesome amenities. It is a Blessing.
