Maintenance (I’m sorry I can’t recall his name in this moment) and he was very polite. He then looked at the problem and realized it would take a little more effort than he thought and then he proceeded to fix the issue. Neither of us could have said how it occurred but when he left the door was hanging properly the way it was supposed to.
Shout out to Brad for his prompt attention and always pleasant spirit when he responds to any request. I appreciate his calm manner and professional ability to "fix" anything! Thank you, Brad!
I am happy here. I feel safe and my neighbored are great. Wr all sort of kook for each other. Many things to do depepending how involved you want to be.
I am pleased with most things except for the terrible condition of the front lawn in building 11. It is embarrassing to have guests in summer. And unpleasant to sit on the balcony.
