This is a very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE facility. Horrible management and communication. I was an aide here and got DNR for not being able to shower a resident who missed their shower the day before just because I said was busy at the moment attending to my other 13 residents trying to get them washed and ready by lunch time. This resident who missed their shower the day before was already washed and cleaned the morning of. Her “shower” was not an emergency but I guess the RN on that floor expected me to drop everything i was doing, unattend my other residents who still needed care and take her in for her shower. Again it was not an emergency. The RN then proceeded to contact the DON and claimed I denied care which i never did. She would’ve been done before my shift ending. Also claimed i was walking around doing nothing. While she is yelling all of this Im standing infront of her to ask a question. She then hangs up the phone and starts to argue with me and tells me to go get my stuff and leave. I then went to speak to the DON about the situation and also explained everything what had occurred. He was very dismissive and did not take anything i said into consideration. I have witnessed who can back me up. I later find out I’m on the DNR list and gave the facility a call to see why because to my knowledge I didn’t do anything wrong. The DON stated it was because I gave “attitude” when was told to shower the resident and for saying i was not going to do it. Which both of these statements are very false. After he stated that he completely caught me off and told me to have a good day. So unprofessional. Do better. That RN on the second floor always has a problem with everyone and tries to make hell to everyone. She’s constantly calling the higher uppers complaining about someone or something and getting people fired without actual facts or evidence. I have witnessed it myself. She’s the problem. If you have a loved one DO NOT bring them here. Anytime they actually clean and restock closets and look like theyre doing their jobs is when they hear STATE is coming. I also want to note i had 13 residents and 3 showers. They want me to be super woman i guess. Next time actually investigate what happen. Now you have a GOOD DAY !

My mother had a great experience at Ridgeview as did the rest of my family when helping care for her. The nurses were kind and you could tell that they really looked out for her. I hope that someday if I need to be in a nursing home that I get to experience the kindness that Ridgeview showed my mom.
I AM A PATIENT HERE THERE ARE SOME REALLY GREAT NURSES AND AIDS, BUT NOT MANY. SEEMS IF YOU HAVE A HEART ♥ AND CARE ABOUT PEOPLE YOU WILL GET ABUSED HERE SAME AS THEY DO TO THE PATIENTS. ALL THIS PLACE CARE'S ABOUT IS YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS AND ANY ASSETS YOU HAVE. I AM HERE BECAUSE OF 5 HEMMORAGIC STROKES AND NO WHERE TO GO. I WISH I WOULD HAVE DIED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR ME. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ELSE WHO COMES HERE.
The worse customer service I have ever experienced. The lady that answers the phone (kind of raspy voice) wouldn't even bother with taking an name number down and deliver a message. Wow, didn't mean to put her out, even though it was very important. 0 stars on this one, Arlene, probably riding the clock. Hope the manager sees this. Dang, I have to put one star.
Health care workers are not getting paid on time or properly trained. Staff has poor communication and lack of professionalism. Residence are neglected and rude. Just walk away....
