My mother lived at Ridgeview Gardens for many years. It has been great to see the changes over the years from where it was to where they are now. I just want to say thank for the care and support they have provided my mother, I want to give a shout out to the entire team because I know it took so many people on her journey. You provided an amazing family Christmas get together that gave so many smiles to my mother and kids on her last Christmas that it will forever be in my family's memories and hearts. Special Thanks to Brandi, Ruth, Michelle, Emily and Michael and the rest of the team that helped (sorry I am horrible with names)

As my previous review is not showing up, I will leave another, which leaves me to wonder how many negative reviews they've been able to remove. If you read through the reviews, you will see that most don't mention having had a family member stay here- you can come to your own conclusion. I did have a family member stay here, until he went to the local ER with a blood sugar of 1873 and died at age 58. We were unhappy with my dad's care previous to his passing: Use of an outdated medication list, with a medication that increased fall risk. A fall and broken arm they had no knowledge of- my brother discovered the broken arm days later and took him to the hospital. Continually seeing no evidence of the general cleaning they said they do and finding poop on his floor. A treatment they said they would look into/take care of and when asked about it two months later said it was their first time hearing about it. Disappointments accumulated in a short amount of time (July 2021-January 2022) so I reached out to the nurse asking if we could brainstorm ways to give my dad better care, to which she responded, "if you are unhappy with his care, maybe he would be better suited somewhere else." He died 4 days later, before we could find him another living situation. Both the doctor and the nurse at the hospital said that he should have never gotten to that point. I don't know how my dad could reach an 1873 blood sugar without extremely neglectful care- he was young and a fighter, but by then, he didn't stand a chance.
My sister lived at Ridge View Gardens for only 1 year and 2 months. Brandi and Ruth welcomed her with open arms. They were very sweet and kind to sister along with the rest of the staff. They were always willing to answer family questions and concerns. Always willing to help family members with their needs. Thankyou Brandi , Ruth and rest of staff.
This facility is amazing! The staff is always attentive and helpful. They make you feel like you are welcome and wanted there. If you are looking for a place for a loved one I really recommend ridgeview!
My mom has lived at Ridgeview Gardens for 6 years. She is happy and says the caregivers and other residents are her family. Our family are very thankful for the Director Brandi Neff who has built a solid, caring team to make my moms home feel like one. The staff from the Resident Care Coordinator, Med Techs, activities director, maintenance, Cooks, dining servers and CNA’s are all a part of what make’s Ridgeview a wonderful place. Take a tour or come to one of their community events to see for yourself! Lisa Brown
