Caring doesn't exist in this care facility. It's a beautiful place just no caring. Took 4 hrs and 3 request to get Tylenol for pain after having knee replacement. No one answers nurse calls at night for anything I guess it interrupts party time. You tell me!!!

Best decision we made to move to Ridgecrest Village in July of 2013. No worry living, it's all taken care of. We no longer have to maintain a home, Lawn care, snow removal, housekeeping is done for us & so much more. With all the activities you can be as busy as you want. Included is just one of the fmany fun times. Take a tour and betcha you make the decision to make the move to Ridgecrest Village, the residents and staff will be your extended family.
Friendly and helpful staff. My mother in law has been there almost 4 years now and has always received excellent care. She is up everyday, dressed, hair combed and need made. Great nursing facility. Highly recommend. This is coming from a nurses point of view.
The doctor that’s in charge is horrible! Took him 2 days and countless times asking for my grandmother to get cough medicine, the cough got worse and we mentioned several times to get her a scan to check for pneumonia after 6 hours and still nothing ordered to do i she had to go to the hospital where she had pneumonia. Nurses were pretty good but don’t expect the doctor to care at all and do anything fast.
On their nursing side, there was a woman crying out for help for over 15 minutes because she had to go to the bathroom. Could hear staff chatting at the nurse's station while she yelled for help. No telling how long her call light was on before she started yelling. According to other residents, this is a common occurrence and call lights will go unanswered for up to an hour. I get that places are understaffed, but she could have been having chest pains, or been on the floor. Don't believe their "a few minutes" line. Ask to see data to back it up.
