My mom has been at Ridgecrest a year. Her care there has been phenomenal. After breaking her hip, and not getting good treatment at a different rehab nursing home, Ridgecrest welcomed her back with loving care. Alyssa and all the nursing staff there have taken it upon themselves to make sure that my mom gets extra attention. They have also worked to find extra home health to come in and help mom while she recuperate. You feel so blessed!πππ

I have been with Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare for 6 years and am truly grateful to interact, share and experience ordinary moments that have a profound and positive effect in the lives of our residents and my colleagues. I love to see the smiles , hear the stories and even pray with our residents and their relatives, every interaction is truly my pleasure!
Wonderful care and attention given to my mom. If she continues to cooperate and do therapy she will improve and be able to leave. Itβs been a huge adjustment for her. The facility is very clean. The food service is not so great. Itβs late morning breakfast is cold. No butter or jelly. No coffee or milk. She eats very little to nothing.
As a caring person, i would not recommend Ridgecrest. Client for rehab 3 weeks - 30 minute average wait for help -call button. The broken bed took 2 days to repair. Blinds would not close for privacy. Took 14 days for maintenance to even look at it. Still not repaired on day 19. Rooms are very old and need upkeep. π in the bathroom. We had to provide our own antkiller. The parking lot is a nightmare. Potholes, and in distressed condition. It is hard to use a walker or wheelchair from car to door. Cannot leave client alone during waking hours.
Ridgecrest is such a beautiful and amazing building. I came in on a Friday to see about finding a new place for my grandfather and I was greeted by Brenda, The admissions manager for the facility. She is such a wonderful and knowledgeable woman. She gave me a great sense of peace while she explained everything that their facility offers and assured me my grandfather would be in great hands. As I did a tour of the facility I watched how she interacted with other residents and staff and saw that she is a truly kind hearted person that goes above and beyond for her residents. The teamwork is incredible and they are a one of a kind building that puts resident needs first. I definitely look forward to having my grandfather be a part of Ridgecrest!
