My 89 yo father was in this rehab center for 7 weeks. The staff was so kind and caring to my dad. Their concern for his recovery and rehabilitation was very genuine. We received a warm welcome from Lori and Anitra, who helped us get him checked in. Then, Kieona provided us direction and what we could expect throughout his stay until the last day he left (very helpful!). Tresea was very helpful with his insurance and kept us informed while he was there. Isaac and the rest of the PT team were very patient and incredible! They worked so well with my dad and were so very kind and encouraging to help him get better. Tonya, his night nurse, was absolutely precious! My dad wanted to hangout with her at the nurses station because she was so kind and caring to him. The doctors and wound care teams were also very good with my dad and ensured he got the medical attention he needed. And lastly, we appreciated the great meals he was served 3 times a day (he gained 12 pounds!) that was prepared by Bert and his kitchen team (and he was always so friendly and kind wanting to make sure my dad enjoyed his meals). Thank you Ridgecrest for caring for my dad and helping us get him back to himself and strong enough to go home! You were all so critical to his recovery and we appreciate you so much!

The staff have been wonderful to my Mother in law. She's only been there a little bit, everyone has been kind and considerate. The have been accommodating with her nerves and she does like it for rehab. Office staff has been very very helpful. Thank you Lori. Thank you Ridgecrest.
My mother has been in Ridgecrest Healthcare for over a year now and has had several roommates along the way. Most were good. The most recent roommate was a bit less so. My family made a request to have Mom move and our request had been moving quite slow. I reached out to Lori in admissions and explained how critical our request was and why it was urgent. Lori made several phone calls and got it done that day. I am very grateful to her. Thank you!
I’m still waiting for a response to my original review left 4 months ago and the response was “Response from the owner 4 months ago Hello Ms. Romine, We are so sorry to hear this feedback. One of our team members will be reaching out to you. Thank you. “ Just like I was waiting for the director to get back to me about their DNR procedures after they failed my mother by being unable to find hers when the ambulance arrived. I’m still waiting for the director to get back to me from December, 2024. Don’t promise someone you’ll get back to them when you have no intention of doing so. It’s good to see some positive reviews after mine from four months ago. My best advice to anyone is to have your DNR in place make sure the nurse is at the station for that room are well aware. In hindsight, get some jewelry that clearly marks their DNR preferences.
The leadership team at Ridgecrest is very knowledgeable and engaged in the care of their patients. The building is pristine and the residents are extremely well cared for. they are a wonderful and supportive resource for patients and families in need of skilled and long-term care services in this community!
