My friend has lived at Richmond Hills house #5 for about a month. He has been eaten up by beg bugs the whole time. The room beside him is closed because of bed bugs. Nothing is being done about it. The lady that runs Richmond Hills, Lacey, is and has been aware of the problem.

Since new management has took over in September 2023, the houses are great. Management and staff are very respectful to residents and visitors. The house are clean and smells good. I think they are doing a great job.
I have visited this place few times while I was looking for an assisted living place for one of my relatives. I found it to be clean and well managed by the new owners. I came to know that new management is a team of well known physicians and is taking good care of residents. It smelled good and noticed residents living there like their own house by sitting in the porch. Very nice location and friendly and nice staff.
I toured this place with my wife and I had an amazing experience with the management team and the staff working that day. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I met a few of the gentlemen the reside here and they appeared to be happy and well taken care of.
One of the best facilities Ive worked. The residents became like family. Houses is clean and management are awesome a little over worked due to pass management but they are getting it done while cleaning up pass mess ..
