The pool has been broken for over 4 months. Corporate is constantly slow to fix broken amenities. They will tell you that the pool is still usable, but a unheated pool in Washington is not acceptable unless you want to do a polar plunge.

I visited a friend that moved into Revel a short while ago. What a nice surprise. It feels like a "resort." The feel is like a Scandinavian hotel when you walk in, complete with a concierge. I had a nice lunch at the restaurant (LOVE the BAR) and my friend gave me a tour of the place. The saltwater pool and hot tub are amazing, and the theater room is top notch! There is also a great Gym and craft room. What was also apparent to me was the physical change in my friend. She has mobility issues, and she has improved dramatically with all the walking she is now doing around the building. "Retirement Homes" are not what they used to be. I know that my husband and I will not hesitate to make this sort of move for ourselves when the time is right in the future!!
Pleasant helpful staff and atmospere. Sis has a nice one bedroom with full kitchen, washer/dryer. Newer facility. There is a gym, exersize pool, community dining room and bar! They provide cable/internet
Lovely Independent Adult living! Lots of activities plan on a calendar and the meals are delicious!! Pet friendly and priced reasonably with similar Independent living places. Employees very friendly and outgoing. The residents all smiled and said " You will live it here!". And I don't doubt that a bit! Jim Allen who showed us around and answered all our questions was very helpful and informative. Lovely!
Working with the Revel Issaquah has been an absolute pleasure. We provided some in home care for resident at the Revel Issaquah and from the onset we loved the community. The staff consistently deliver on their promise to go the extra mile. Karen Gonzales is just amazing to work with. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for upscale, active, luxury senior living.
