Kudos to T'Kia in the office and Garrett in maintenance. T'Kia is always caring and answers all emails. We don't contact a lot, but a response to residents is wonderful customer service & appreciated. Garrett also does a very good job. We had a washer problem a month ago that was repaired quickly. When the apartment employees came into everyone's units for walk-throughs recently, Garrett opened the laundry door and checked on the washer. Double-checking work is highly valued and great customer service. Thank you to you both!

Elevator Safety Concern - 500 Building I feel compelled to bring a significant safety issue to light. For the past four days, the elevator has been out of service, and this presents a serious safety concern for residents, especially those in the 500 building for four days, and while I generally appreciate the community, I worry about all of the tenants with mobility challenges or health issues. Climbing multiple flights of stairs is not only inconvenient but also poses risks for those who struggle with such physical demands. I feel compelled to urge the management to prioritize the repairs and provide a timeline for when we can expect the elevator to be functional again. All of the residents share my concern regarding this significant safety issue. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly REVIEW UPDATE: Monday, August 26th. The elevator is now working! Thank you. Please make it a priority to get it fixed promptly in the future. When I observed someone on floor four, push their walker down a flight of stairs to floor three, so she could then slowly hold the rail to get down to floor three, that's a problem. It's fixed now. People with walkers/wheelchairs/ delivery service I'm sure will be happy.
I had the pleasure of visiting the property today with my husband, and we were warmly greeted by Nina, who provided us with a personalized tour. Throughout the visit, Nina demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the property, effortlessly addressing our inquiries with detailed information. Her ability to articulate specifics regarding the property, site plans, and lease procedures was truly impressive. Our experience at Reunion Tower surpassed our expectations, and the warm welcome coupled with the clear and concise communication has set this community apart from other 55+ communities on the Eastside. Nina's professionalism and attention to detail are commendable, and it is evident that she is elevating the standards of property management. We are seriously considering making Reunion Tower our new home, and we look forward to staying in touch with Nina. This review is for leasing agent T'Kia Valeria. She has been the most helpful person to work with. She is always there to answer any questions and so kind to my parents that are in the process of renting with Redmond Ridge. She has given my parents tours over and over. She is so patient and just wondeful!! She is one of the reason why I chosen Reunion at Redmond Ridge for my parents to reside as I feel confident she will take good care of them :-)
