The Restoracy took care of my dad who had severe dementia from summer 2024 to spring 2025. I cannot express enough how caring, professional, clean, and superb this facility and its staff are. My sister and I stopped by without notice to tour the facility for my dad when we knew we had to find somewhere that would provide 24/7 care for him, and Bryan (Executive Director) gave us a tour himself since his staff was busy. He knew every staff members' name and greeted them while giving us a tour of the memory care homes. Bryan and his family were often involved in holiday events and it was very clear that from the top leadership that they really believe in their mission: senior care reimagined. The facility itself feels like a home - meals are cooked fresh for the residents right in front of them and they are all able to dine together at a large table as a family unit rather than a cafeteria or alone in their rooms. It is clean, cozy, and well maintained. What stands out the most is how much the staff loved and cared for my dad on a daily basis. When staff found out he had passed away, they grieved as if it were their own family member. They were able to share such personal memories of moments they had caring for my dad with my family that I don't think any other facility could've provided. It gave us immense peace of mind knowing that he was in such loving and capable hands. We will forever be grateful for the outstanding service and compassion shown at the Restoracy. Cannot recommend any other place to care for a family member.

Restoracy Whitestown provided respite care twice this year for our elderly loved one who has dementia. We appreciate the concept of having very clean, homey style homes where the guests are well cared for. The staff members including but not limited to nurses CNA’s, therapists, and doctors are extremely friendly and engaging with the guests. The excellent staff to guest ratio is very comforting to the guest’s family members. The administrators are responsive to inquiries and make the admission and departure processes seamless. We would recommend Restoracy Whitestown for your elderly loved one.
My Mom was here after a fall and a surgery in Feb. and March of '25. We were very pleased with her care and the overall professionalism of the nursing, medical, therapy and administrative staff. We appreciated that the NP's & PA's were very accessible. Allie was outstanding at communicating with us and coordinating Mom's care through every step of her stay from admission to discharge. May thanks to Gary for transporting Mom to doctor appointment! Would highly recommend this facility.
Restoracy of Whitestown definitely lived up to what was promoted and promised! Both skilled nursing and rehab care was consistently professional, genuinely caring, and the environment was optimal. The “homelike” structure and philosophy of Restoracy definitely aided in the healing process, in conjunction with the amazing staff:resident ratio. My husband was there for five weeks, and his improved health and strength surpassed all expectations. Special thanks to both the medical and the therapy teams!
We had a great experience during a difficult time. Every single person on the staff was patient, attentive, and treated my partner as a person first rather than just a patient. The care he received was excellent. I loved the homey feel of the house and I really think it helped my partner, who has dementia, feel more comfortable and less confused. I am so glad he completed his rehab at Restoracy.
