Our Mum unfortunately had to go into a care facility. I researched homes in our area and was impressed with Resthaven Leabrook and Mum was given a room. From the first, we were so impressed with her care, from management to clinical nurses, to carers and food/kitchen staff, laundry ladies and cleaners. Everyone was so kind to Mum, especially in ways that were uncomfortable for a lovely, beautiful woman who had been so independent prior. We had a couple of small concerns that were immediately dealt with. We were notified promptly of any changes in her care/medications etc. I cannot thank you guys enough - thanks for making Mum’s last few months as comfortable as possible with care and grace.

My mum has been there since November and they are very good with my mother's care and the lifestyle is always trying to brighten up my mum's day and the care coordinator is very helpful and friendly. Care workers are very attentive.
We have found the staff to be very caring and considerate of our family needs. The facilities are great and the location is very handy.
Dad is well looked after, staff friendly, lots of social activities...no complaints
