We could not have asked for better care for our mother and for our family during mother’s stay. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and the home is exceptionally clean. Everyone who worked there looked and behaved in a professional manner in scrubs that were neatly pressed, which is a quality that seems to be lost in most of healthcare. I’m a retired nurse leader, so my expectations are high, and the staff met them and then some. They were jovial and looked happy in their work. We are grateful and wish them all much joy and many blessings. They deserve it.

I came in with my grandmother two weeks ago. Amanda welcome our family with open arms. She is real down to earth and gave me all the answers I needed and wanted for the next steps forward. We were really considering our grandmother going across the way to another facility, but after visiting a couple places we knew we found home for my grandmother. She's been happy and says Amanda with her great care in people and the niceness of the DON I think her name is Sharon, she feels at peace. Thank you again to all the nurses and Amanda for reassuring that my grandmother will be well taken care of.
The Resorts has been a God Send to my mother as she is recovering from being very sick. All of the staff has been absolutely amazing! She could not be receiving any better care!
Imagine your loved one having a leg amputation ... that's gets an infection because of the lack of quality care given at this facility ... imagine your loved one, with the infected amputation wound that then needs to use the shared bathroom... the bathroom that has a clogged toilet full of urine and #2... imagine asking someone to address this so that your loved one can reduce their risk of infection and be able to use the bathroom and the staff say it'll have to wait until monday (3 days from your initial request). The 3 other individuals that also share this space say, share that the toilet has been that way for a few days. This is a shame. I unclogged the toilet with a coat hanger and cleaned the toilet myself so my dad, a leg amputee, could simply use the bathroom. Imagine. I wouldn't send my dead dog to this facility. Beware! Check on your loved ones daily! Seek others options!
This is the worst "medical" center I have ever stayed at and probably the worst overall place I have ever stayed. Their main objective was to have you sign your retirement and home to them and enter long term care. I would rather die. The night nurses are lazy, rude and inefficient and worst of all they hold grudges. I never saw a medical doctor in person, but if he existed, why would he change my meds without speaking to me? The physical therapy was a joke. I was in for rehab for two amputated legs and for two hours a week, we sat in a circle and batted balloons and beach balls back and forth. They disregarded advice from my surgeon completely. I was taken by their van to an appointment. The driver drove very fast and used excessive braking constantly. There was no shoulder strap to hold me in the wheelchair so during a hard brake I and the wheelchair rotated forward and I hit my head on the transmission hump. Do not stay at this place, you will come out worse than when you went in.
