Senior residence with 4 star hotel character. Solid ambience with beautiful common areas, great location right on the lake, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food. There is hardly anything here that reminds you of a classic old people's home. Of course the whole thing has its price, but the price-performance ratio is more accurate than with the cheaper houses.

Tonight my mother fell asleep peacefully in the care area. For the last 3/4 years she was the proud resident of an apartment. The whole ambience in the house and, above all, the really loving care of the entire team in the living and nursing areas were a very nice end to her life. I would like to thank all the people at the Phoenixsee Residence who looked after my mom in such a caring, friendly and kind manner, with their ears always open to requests. She was able to spend happy days here. A big thank you for that.
Like a high-class hotel - you don't even think of a retirement home at first. Good equipment, everything new (from 2023 or newer). Very nice customer service. Top location right on the lake - right in the middle of life. No car traffic to the lake side. Coffees, restaurants, shops - all within walking distance. You want to grow old here...
Our mother has been cared for at home by so-called 24-hour care for about 2 years. However, the increasing cost of care on the one hand and a dwindling supply of suitable nursing staff on the other make it increasingly difficult for us to ensure the necessary care over a longer period of time. Despite all our efforts, we were suddenly confronted with a supply gap of around 3 weeks. After an initial good experience with the short-term care offer at the Phoenixsee residence, we have now again requested temporary accommodation in the care facility. Due to various special circumstances, which I do not want to go into further here, we had to repeatedly adjust the agreements with the residence, even at short notice. We were very fortunate to have found a partner in Residenz Phoenixsee who responded to our needs in an extremely accommodating and flexible manner. The residence manager in particular was always open to our concerns and made a significant contribution to ensuring that we were ultimately able to overcome the challenges despite the great dynamics of the care situation. My parents haven't moved in yet, but I'm already really excited about the residence in the run-up to the move. Without exception, all of the contacts we had with the employees there were extremely positive, friendly and competent. All wishes have been implemented immediately and the accommodation and support from the residence are simply great. So far it's definitely not how you imagine a classic retirement home would be. There's no other way than to feel comfortable there straight away!!
