The Ambiente website says everywhere: “We are here for you” and that is exactly what we were able to experience. As the health care representative for my grandmother, we quickly needed accommodation where she could be cared for after a fall and a trip to the hospital. Starting with the extremely warm and committed contact with Ms. Rausch, right through to the nursing staff. The whole house is full of nice people who take a lot of time for the residents and patients and do their work with dedication and compassion. Being accommodated in the ambience means dignified care at eye level. It's an absolute relief to have someone at your side who can take care of the important things for you. The location of the house on the Enz is also beautiful. The balconies have a great view and the central location with proximity to the weekly market and various restaurants is great. The furnishings are tasteful, like one of the hotels in the Black Forest where my grandma used to love staying. As a former restaurateur, my grandmother is very concerned about good food, extremely critical and as I like to call it: sloppy. When she tried the food in the atmosphere for the first time, she was thrilled and said: she never thought it would be so great here. Knowing that my relatives are in good hands is an absolute relief and we are planning a permanent place for my grandmother to live permanently in the ambience. The ambience is an absolute recommendation from us.

My mother was here for short-term care for 10 days. A nightmare... smells like urine everywhere and is pretty unclean. Staff always stressed and rude. At reception they speak plain language - fill it out, sit down, wait. On the second day the wallet was empty - everything was stolen from old people - there was still change in it. When it comes to eating, everything is loveless and under pressure. You don't want to grow old like that.
The lady at the reception looks stunning! Great taste in shoes! Wow.
My mother was in this facility for a long time at her request, I never supported this. There are individual employees who do their best despite poor working conditions. However, I can do all of them Fully sign assessments. The residents are kept safe, nothing more. The food was subpar, but if you spent your money everything was made possible. The Outdoor advertising bears no relation to reality. The change in personnel says it all, I still blame myself today for having sent my mother to this facility.
The mother of a friend lived in the Ambiente nursing home for several weeks. Unfortunately, she passed away a few days ago at the ripe old age of 90. She was taken to the hospital with suspected pneumonia. There, they discovered: - Severe dehydration - Food was in her lungs (how could this happen??) - Her blood sugar was twice her normal level. In addition, her water was sometimes left in places she couldn't reach, she wasn't allowed to be visited during mealtimes, etc. Therefore, due to the shocking incidents, I absolutely cannot recommend this residence.
