My mother was at the Residenz Ambiente Bad Hersfeld for almost seven years, my father for a short time. I can only recommend this house. The residence manager, Ms. Kienel, and the entire team around André Grozdanic and Nina Grosch were available to us at any time if we had any questions about the care of our parents. My special thanks go to the entire living area 2 for the loving and professional care of our parents until their death.
My mother spent almost 6 years in the residence. She felt very comfortable there because she was really lovingly looked after and cared for. I can also only praise the support team, they always had a great offer, so there was something for everyone. I would also like to mention that you always had competent and friendly contacts, whether in the administration or the home management. Overall, a recommendable facility with a pleasant atmosphere.
We couldn't have made a better decision for my mother over two years ago when there was a change in living environment. My mother feels very comfortable and thinks the interesting offer is great.
