Anyone, from Corporate who has spent time with me knows how I feel about our staff at Maple Glen. Brittney is a joy to visit with and to work with getting our requests answered. Andy is just on top of keeping a clean home for us. He can fix anything and does his work in a timely manner. Both Brittney and Andy are just the right fit for our community, they care about us. Thank you.
I am very pleased with Brittany and Andy. Brittany always have her door open so you can go in and talk to her anytime. Andy is always willing to help you out.
I have lived here for almost two years now and I. AM. NEVER. MOVING! The units are roomy and well-equipped with essentials: heat, AC, fans, lots of plugs, plenty of cable connections, dishwasher, fridge, and stove. The building is clean and easy to get around: wide hallways and a roomy elevator. With trash, laundry, and mail services indoors, you never have to leave the building in bad weather. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of places to walk with nature. This is a pet friendly community and I love that. It is easy to contact management via email or in person during office hours. There also is something I call “Maple Glen Kindness.” If you forget a sock in the dryer, it will be on top of the machine for you to retrieve the next day. If your package is misdelivered, a neighbor will see that you get it. I am very happy here and, did I mention this already: I. AM. NEVER. MOVING! Not sorry if I am repeating that. :)
The experience of getting my 93 year old mom into one of the apartments was awesome. Dana helped us every step of the process - completing the application, getting the documents submitted, explaining everything and handing the keys over. She never got tired of my questions. Great customer service! The apartment and grounds are beautiful. Everything is well maintained and clean.
