We visited the residence for my 90 year old mother-in-law. The welcome by the staff was charming and helpful. The residence is superb and many non-senior people would like to be able to live there. The proposed studio was bright and sunny. And important detail: all the elderly people had a smile. For us, it is an important sign of well-being and satisfaction.

We visited the residence on May 14th and were very pleasantly received. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a vacation hotel (having lived in Saint-Martin in the West Indies). Bright, spacious, quiet, with a very pleasant interior patio, among other things... In a word: I could see myself there! As for the cost: it depends on your own resources. JL Dollet
A very interesting fact-finding visit for our 78 year old mother. The residence has an undeniable charm, close to the seaside. We thank the Director for her warm welcome and her responsiveness.
The Senior Residence is very friendly and welcoming. The Directors, Ms. Laurence Rénier, and Ms. Julie Moulin, allowed me to organize a workshop as part of my home optician business for Les Lunettes de Louisette. I thank them for the welcome and kindness of all the staff. I will be very happy to return for another collaboration.
A residence full of charm with its houses, the Lighthouse, the common areas decorated with great taste, elegance and warmth. A smiling, dedicated, dynamic and professional team, truly human, happiness for the residents. Residents who come from many different places in France and who have been attracted by welcoming Brittany for years, often from family or close friends nearby. And for me who has just given a travel conference in photographs, music and poetry, on the theme "Smiles of the world", proverb of Lao Tseu, poem by Jacques Prévert, extracts of music by Bach, Handel and Mozart, photographs of my ethnic meetings all smiles in the 4 corners of the globe, the pleasure of a captivated audience, and very high quality material to ensure this travel conference in a very professional manner and with a lot of soul.
