The entertainment is top notch and suitable for everyone, the meals are very good and the staff as a whole is attentive, very friendly, outgoing and everyone takes care to guarantee the well-being of the elderly as best as possible :) I recommend this Seniors residence 100%…. It is with a little hindsight that I come to share our experience. My father, unable to stay at home, arrived in October 2021 for a temporary stay. Welcomed with kindness by the staff and management, he adapted very quickly despite his great age. Integrated and adopted by the residents, he found a new vitality, a joy of living and his childish soul. The residence and apartments are clean and adapted. The service and dedication of the staff provide peace of mind to families and relieve their guilt because they are well taken care of. Thank you to the courageous and kind staff, to the director, always available, thank you to the residents for allowing my dad to live 2 more beautiful years alongside them. Thank you also for being there when he left. A beautiful human adventure. Naturally, I recommend this establishment.
Following a health problem which no longer allowed him to stay alone in his house, my father moved into the Espace et Vie residence in Langueux. Thanks to the availability of the team, the attention and support of Management, he settled peacefully into his new life. The possibility of furnishing his apartment with his furniture allowed him to tame this new living space more peacefully. Encouraged by the smiles, good humor, patience, kindness and benevolence of all the people who accompany him in his daily life, he quickly found benchmarks favoring his autonomy. The very warm atmosphere of this residence, the quality of listening and the availability of the Management as well as the professionalism of the team undoubtedly contribute to the well-being of all. For all of this, I am very grateful to them and I thank them every day that passes.
I knew Velleda before, this is not what I experienced, with the new center, too poorly organized, when a person has a complaint it is not there, not enough staff to be close to people with different pathologies.
The places are clean. It's brand new. Parking is easy A priori the meals served to residents are neither copious nor very good.
