My father arrived in July 2023 at the St Simon residence. He quickly adapted to his new environment. Everyone at this establishment bent over backwards to make my father feel good there. And until his last breath (early December), they accompanied him with great kindness and efficiency. I too had a lot of attention, whether from the Director, Hélène at reception or the medical person who did everything to make her departure as smooth as possible. For a year and a half, the people at the St Simon residence were part of my life and I thank them....

Thank you to Stéphanie, the nursing staff, and the maintenance team. You helped us throughout our father's journey, as he passed away on December 9th in your facility. Congratulations to you. We recommend your facility because you were so caring and professional. Thank you again.
Mom has been staying there for 2 months... beautiful personalized room, attentive and available staff, very good food after my mom's return... well done
Excellent retirement home, competent, welcoming staff, attentive to the family. Care adapted for Alzheimer's disease. It's so rare to find such a facility that it deserves to be honored. Thank you again for everything. The Esparbe-Ferran family.
Very good, clean retirement home, the care provided by the caregivers is well done and not neglected. I find it very good to have included a caregiver manager and an ASH manager. The “food” is very good, it’s one of the only retirement homes I know where it’s like home! On the other hand, the downside is the nurses who neglect care. An accident happened with a resident not long ago because of a nurse who neglected her work. But otherwise nothing to say
