Not all epahds are equal, I'm sure, but at Chantepie the residents are well treated, the nursing staff are very present, the doctor Dr Robin is someone who listens to the residents and their families. My husband has been in Les Chênes since January and his condition is better than when he arrived a year ago. We should not put all establishments in the same bag.
This nursing home welcomed my 2 parents at the end of their lives, I can only say the professionalism of the teams who are very attentive and caring towards the elderly.
No attention given to the well-being of people during periods of heat: No fan, no opening or closing of windows or shutters. Rooms at 30 degrees and elderly people who are dehydrated.
I had the pleasure of completing a period of professional management immersion at the Les Chènes residence. I warmly thank the entire team for the welcome given to me. Residents are surrounded by smiles, kindness and professional kindness from all members of the team. The members of the team also give pride of place to families, volunteers and other stakeholders. A very nice experience! THANKS !!!
