A very nice and well-kept house. Employees are always friendly and always helpful if questions arise. House management and nursing service management are always available and always solution-oriented. The residents always look forward to events, such as the last summer festival. This was very well received by residents and relatives, who enjoyed grilled food and homemade cocktails.

As long as the resident can care for themselves and walk independently, it's a good place to stay. Before the coronavirus pandemic, a lot was offered (crafts, singing, sports, puzzles). But if the resident needs help going to the bathroom, etc., things get unpleasant. It's certainly due to the lack of staff, but it's no excuse for everything. The communication with me is particularly negative, but internally, it's also poor. It would be desirable if some nursing staff would maintain a bit of empathy and a sense of duty, because even a dying person deserves dignified treatment, even if the dying process takes longer. My special thanks go to Gino; he's doing a great job!
A truly wonderful facility with friendly and competent staff. Under the new management, many positive changes can already be seen, and the new nursing director is also bringing a breath of fresh air to everyday care and ensuring that residents and staff feel comfortable. Keep it up.
Very nice house, the entrance area is very inviting. Receptionists are all very friendly. The garden and dining room are very well maintained. Each living area has its own balcony facing the courtyard, which I find very pleasant. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and competent.
Our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother were residents of RENAFAN in the “Storchenaue” residential group until her death. From day one, we noticed that the residents are the focus. And not only that: what should also be emphasized is the inclusion and approach to relatives when small concerns and needs are expressed. We were always fascinated by how professionally and lovingly the staff treated the residents. Thanks and recognition for a job that certainly often demands everything and that at RENAFAN is based on respect for the life's work of the residents.
