I'd love to know how this place has 4.4 stars. The building is amazing but peel the layers off the onion and the core is black and oh so slimy! I wouldn't even put a pot plant in there!

My wife Maureen has been in the care of Regis Woodlands for the last 24 months. It is with sincere appreciation that I acknowledge the level of support, care and professionalism that has been provided by Regis management and staff.
The attention to medication requirements has been highly effective. Mum is now fully coherent as her blood sugar is kept steady and monitored. Dad is well cared for. The staff are always friendly and deal with sometimes challenging circumstances with professionalism and a sense of priority. The catering is excellent as is the room service. Our parents are extremely fortunate to be spending their remaining years here. Thankyou to the team at Regis Woodlands.
My parents moved into Regis April in the second week of opening. So far they have enjoyed the experience and are very happy. Dad is laughing and has plenty of people to talk to. Mum is always happy as long as she is with Dad. The staff are very caring and respectful.
