I went with my client that has a disability and her sister is a resident at Regis, we were invited to the Christmas Celebrations of 2024, we were warmly welcomed, atmosphere was great, singer was very entertaining and happy and put everyone in a feel good move, they had a ice cream soft serve truck, all you can eat, a face painter which unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of this year, a petting zoo, and the catering was fantastic, such a wide range of food, thank you Regis it was wonderful!

It's a daunting and heart-wrenching experience placing a a much loved family member in residential care, but with professional guidance from Senior Pathways, Regis Marleston was chosen for my 96 year old Mother-in-Law. For the six months Monika was there, the nurses and support staff were just so kind and compassionate towards her, making her final days comfortable and treating her with love and kindness as if she was part of their own family. All this happened while having to apply strict quarantine procedures to protect residents from Covid-19 which is of paramount importance. I cannot praise Regis staff highly enough for their caring and professional management of what can be a difficult time for their residents and their families.
Absolutely disgusted with the way these people “looked after”my grandmother,she fell out bed three times and now has two black eyes they only put padding on the floor after the second time.you’d think the beds would have side rails to prevent roll outs. Really pathetic guys😡😡🤬
