I was lucky enough to have my father here for the last 19 months of his life. The staff were just amazing, I can’t thank them enough for the love and care they provided to my father. Some of the staff came to dad’s funeral and I was very grateful because they really did know dad. So many stories of his behaviour made me laugh. They really got to know him. Thank you Regis!

My mother was in Regis to give me a break for 1 month, they were not looking after her properly. They did not get a Drs to look at her even though she was in pain 24/7 after Dr Jason Wong damaged her internally removing her gallbladder. Mum ended up malnourished & in RBH fighting for her life, I was asked if I wanted to keep her alive she was so ill. She ended up having a stroke & is now in a wheelchair in another home. They all have to be watched as none of them look after our family properly, she is in another home now permanently, the food is terrible & I could not eat it which mum finds hard too.
My father lived at Regis Caboolture for the last 26 months of his life and the care he received was excellent. All the staff are lovely caring people, from the office to the nursing and care staff. I was always informed of any incidents when they occurred and always knew he was taken care of. Thank you.
Thank you to wonderful staff at Regis Caboolture. A few month ago it became clear my wife needed full time care due to her Alzhemiers. The task of finding a good home is hard, with so much choice and everyone wanting you to stay with them. But Regis Caboolture showed me round, talked to me like a person and gave me the confidence that my wife would be well cared for. To date, it has been nothing but excellent. Sure, there are days when things aren't smooth for my wife, but the manager and caring staff make sure she never wnats for anyting. Thank you sincerely.
Great staff, very cosy place, great gardens out door seating, food smells good. Nursing staff are fantastic, managers are fantastic will bend over backwards to help.
