CARE is what we're looking for in a rehab facility. I had surgery in March. The Regents Health care facility had a bed available. The therapy department was so helpful. A therapist would always visit your room. They had 2 gyms. Amazing group. So professional, and was the focal point of the facility. Ultimately, I would receive CARE but the road to care was a bit bumpy. The good included a private room with a spectacular view. Attached are pictures of the new clothes Regents bought me. The first load that went out the housekeeping manager, "Philly" carefully added my name to all my clothes. The next 2 loads disappeared lol. My favorite nurse was "Jessica" who constantly thought outside the box and always sought solutions. "Claudia" gave care but was stationed other side. "Rene" was also an excellent nurse. The CNA worked very hard. "Z" was the best. "Adelèe" and "Erda" were also very effective. The management deserves the highest regard. Patty (director of nursing nursing) stayed gracious every time I presented challenges. The social services office offered relief consistently. "Margie" was always available to drop what she was working on to accommodate my needs. There were miscues and mistakes made by the staff...MANY...but the management team responds compassionately followed by solutions when solutions were available. The director of nursing Patty Gutierrez is here to rescue me when there are challenges. The compassion and empathy were genuine and always present, Thank you. My clothes were misplaced. The social services office purchased these beautiful clothes. I call it, "Oona wear." The front desk kept busy and was always helpful and courteous. The kitchen didn't have the highest budget but the food was prepared properly. My favorite is "Ashley" who always appears when I need something. I hope this l was helpful.

I recently had the opportunity to receive therapy here and I can confidently say that my experience exceeded expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff in the therapy department made me feel welcomed and supported. The therapists are not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate. I highly recommend Regents Park Health Care Center for its exceptional care and compassionate staff. My family member has been a resident there for about 6 months, and we have been consistently impressed by the quality of service. The facility is always clean, and the staff are genuinely attentive and caring. The variety of activities available helps keep the residents engaged and entertained. Wee are very satisfied with the care provided and grateful for the dedication of the staff.
Regents Park is a wonderful facility the staff is very caring and understanding. The management team is wonderful and hardworking they do their best to ensure that the residents get the very best care. The activities department does a wonderful job of keeping the residents entertained and engaged the residents always look forward to the activities that are offered. The dietary department cooks delicious meals that the residents love and the therapy department is very caring and compassionate and do a great job of rehabbing the patients. I highly recommend this facility to care for your loved one.
Recently we had to make the difficult decision to place our mom in a facility. It was something that was not easy to do, but we are extremely happy with the care she has received since she has been here. The staff has been extremely helpful and has given our mom great care. Before placing our mom in the facility, my husband and I had a chance to check out the facility. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was very welcoming and helpful . We saw the interactions of some of the staff and the residents and were extremely pleased to see they treat their residents like family. We will definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for one.
