My father has been a resident at Regency for a couple of years. Other than a couple minor issues we have been happy with the overall service and staff that support him. As always it's a team effort between the facility and family and open conversations are key. They are receptive and make changes as necessary. Keep up the great work!!

Very Thankful and Grateful to all the Staff at Brighton! My dad’s a stroke patient, I needed Respite care for him while I traveled. I was super nervous, however the staff there were very helpful and calmed my nerves! I had family visit everyday that I was away they all had nothing but good things to say! The facility is well kept, the staff is attentive and very welcoming. The admission team is very professional and caring! I searched and Searched and God led us here, happy we found them!
Mom was a resident from Aug 15, 2023 until her death October 14, 2023. The care was adequate at best, although the staff were caring they were grossly understaffed with more patients than they could possibly handle. Fortunately, Mom was on Hospice and had daily visits from her hospice aide. HOWEVER - the business office is HORRIBLE AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! Mom died on the 14 - so we were due a refund for the balance of the month. Calls were never returned, and we were constantly given a run around. It took 5 months for them to issue the refund that everyone agreed was due.
UPDATE: THIS PLACE HAS BEEN SOLD ONCE AND IS NOW BEING SOLD AGAIN......EVERYTHING IS A MESS. STAFF ARE COMING AND GOING AND THE MEDICAID AND SS ARE A MESS AND THEY WILL DISCHARGE YOUR LOVED ONE WITH NOWHERE TO GO.......SO BEWARE. Ok so this place is not perfect but none are. My aunt has been there 4 years and my brother 6 months. My aunt is bedridden and my only complaint with her is they never turn on her TV for her. My brother is fairly mobile and LOVES all the staff and is treated very well. My only issue with his care is that he eats things from the kitchen that are not part of his diet plan for congestive heart failure. I get that they cannot wrestle food away from him if he gets someone else to get it for him but they can say no and make sure his meals the kitchen hands out are appropriate for his condition. These facilities are only as good as their staff and ALL have high turnover due to the low pay scale. All in all I am happy with Regency. FYI they do allow you to install cameras if you wish in the residents rooms.
I live in ut most of my family lives in the Houston area. I made the trip to Houston to visit. I spent 7 days 5 or 6 hours a day visiting my Mother. At this time i was able to watch the Staffs interaction with my Mother. All staff were very caring nice and loving. And were all concerned with her wants and needs. I was so happy to see my Mother in such a nice facility
