Everyone and I mean everyone treated my mom with both dignity and respect. We (her family) were never made to feel like we were not wanted or supposed to be there. All of her nursing staff, CNA's OT PT cleaning staff were beyond welcoming and kind. You ALL do an amazing job!We appreciate all you did. My mom is going through rehab at Regency. Everyone is so kind and caring. The physical therapist have been so patient and encouraging to every little victory in her recovery. Every staff member from housekeeping (did I mention how clean it is?), receptionist, financial department to nurses, aids and activities director has treated us with care, advice and help during this journey. Oh, yes, my mom loves the food too😀
Care was phenomenal. Bed was very comfortable. Very happy with my stay here. Nurses and CNA’s are incredible including Melissa, Shelly, Lisa, Sarah, Paige, George. Dawn from therapy too. Some food good. Some food not so good.
Regency On The Lake is an awesome facility. Over the years I have had three family members that had to obtain a visit for Physical Therapy. They are very friendly and expresses their concerns and compassion to their residents and family members. I trust them hole heartily with my husband medical care. I have learned how to provide better medical care that my husband may need assistance with from the nurses department, nurses aides, and physical therapy staff.
I gave only four stars because of a nurse not doing his job. Everything else was perfect. Landry is the best!!!!!! Food was good. Their shower schedule didn’t work for me but if you like a shower at 5:30 am it might work for you. Not the perfect place but the staff appears to be working on it.
