My Sister has been at Regency for almost a year, and being a nurse myself, they've been doing a fantastic job. I have visited from out of State several times, and Nurse Rodrigue (RN Supervisor on the 5th floor) always makes me feel welcome. Whenever he comes into my Sister's room, I see her face light up, and she blinks to let me know he is a kind and caring Nurse. I usually have many questions about her health, and with patience, he directs me to the right people after ensuring I'm on the list of those to whom information could be released. I usually leave with such peace, and indeed, thanks to your care, my Sister is still above ground fighting for her life. We need more nurses like Nurse Rodrigue and his colleagues. Thank you to the Regency staff of Arlington for taking care of my mother these last couple of years or close to it. My mom came in due to covid. She was 100% on the ventilator, she couldn't talk because of her trachea. The staff has been friendly, respectful and helpful. One particular CNA named Maya is amazing with my mom and my mom is happy with her, plus Melrose, Bobbie and Esetu' if I spelled it correctly but to name a few I have no complaints I appreciate all they have done with my mom. I don't like how certain individuals answer the phone when I call but so far so good at the moment.
