My mom was at Regency for a little over a month. It was a good place overall. Staff was kind and helpful. They tried to follow her dietary need as best as they could. Thanks to all of the staff. The only thing I could recommend is the shower are given 2 times a week. Mom only had 3 showers in the entire time she was there. That was my only concern. Special thanks to Bernice and Dawn both are excellent nurses. Therapy staff went above and beyond helping my mom in her recovery. I would also like to thank Nicole Thompson . She's a very good aid

We want to take a moment to commend all at the Regency at St. Clair Shores. We had my sister there for rehab. It was a very difficult time in our lives and having her there gave us the peace of mind that she would be cared for. The rehabilitation gave her strength back so she was able to move about more freely. All the nursing staff were kind and attentive. A special Thank You to Kathleen Schoenherr the Social worker, we TRULY could not have done it without her support, expertise and KINDNESS! THANK YOU
This is a first class facility! Clean, neat, smells nice and well organized. The staff (social services, nursing folks, PT& OT) are truly professional. Kathleen was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely informative and helpful. They took great care of our family. We would consider it again! Michael
Everytime I come in to visit, I can't believe how gorgeous this facility is, it's very clean and there are no odors or weird smells. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and I trust that patients are receiving the best care possible. It's so nice to be greeted by name when I come in by the staff, it's makes me feel like my loved ones are safe and Regency St.Claie Shores has involved management and staff! I've also noticed that there is longevity with staff.
Our family is very blessed to have such great staff helping our father through his dementia. Kendreia is wonderful and also brings him snacks from her own home! She is very sweet.
