Super
I made an appointment to meet him 8 days ago... I arrived on time 2:45 PM. After 45 minutes, not even a salute to the flag... I already knew the place and perhaps it would have been to my liking, but its administrators are NOT.
I thought it was terrible, they don't have the LOVE that is required for the people who are there.
I address you with a deep feeling of helplessness and sadness, in relation to the experience lived by my mother, Gloria Patricia Montoya, who dedicated 22 years of her life to the care and management of the asylum. She always gave herself with love and dedication to her work, valuing the importance of family and the well-being of the grandparents who lived there. Unfortunately, a year ago, my mother suffered abuse and harassment from her boss, managers, employees, and the gerontologist. Although I recognize that no one is perfect, to me, she is the best person I know, and her dignity and worth deserve to be respected. It is heartbreaking to know that his effort and dedication were ignored and that the abuse he suffered went unnoticed. Today, I thank God that she made the brave decision to leave that toxic environment to heal her heart and regain her smile. Despite the pain she experienced, my mother has found in her heart the ability to forgive, and we as a family do too. We have forgiven ill-intentioned people without any scruples. I hope this message serves as a call to reflect on the treatment of those who dedicate their lives to caring for others. Healing is possible, and I wish that all involved find peace in their hearts.
