Cra. 17 #109a - 67, Bogotá, Colombia
If there was an option to give this place zero stars, I wouldn't hesitate to do so. After just four days, I decided to remove my father from Pura Vida, located at headquarters 97, when I realized that it did not offer a safe or adequate environment for him. For those of us who live abroad and seek to guarantee the well-being of our older adults, this situation is especially distressing. Update: After this unfortunate experience, I was lucky to find a reliable and safe geriatric center. My key advice to those considering this place is not to get carried away by the brilliance of their marketing strategy. Despite having a spectacular marketing team, the reality of the grandparent experience is completely different. Equally disconcerting is the response to my review, where they imply that I left this review due to a refund issue. This attitude exactly reflects their values, not mine. Apparently in this place the care of the elderly is reduced to a mere monetary issue, without further considerations.

The service and attention they provide to the elderly is very good, I live abroad and I have my mother here and since I came in she has improved a lot not only in health since they are in charge of giving them medicine on time but they also have daily therapies and outings to chia twice a week. I am very grateful to the Pura Vida group from Dr. Juan, Dr. Paula, Jennifer, the person in charge of the clinic, and the entire work team.
A home for the elderly located in the north of Bogotá. Its facilities without apartment type. It has public areas according to the style. I can't attest to the service but it appears to be pleasant.
I visited the place, it seemed very good and beautiful, they take care of the patients very well.
Good place. Good care for elderly people
