Ambrosía Assisted Living is the perfect place for the elderly. I say this from my own experience because my mother was there for almost four years, attended to with all the love and care by the management staff, nurses, assistants and administrative staff, to give the best quality of life to its residents. The facilities have everything necessary to provide comfort and well-being to its residents. And the most important thing is the warmth that our loved ones and their families receive due to the close relationship between the Ambrosía staff, residents and family members.
2 and a half years ago, my mother, now 90 years old, moved to her new home. Full of doubts, fears and expectations, together with my brothers, we decided to take the step at a time when it was no longer viable for him to live at home as he had done since the 70s, in the Niza neighborhood, the same one where Ambrosía is located. The first three months were of adjustments, moments of bad mood and some expected complaints. As the months and years go by, we are sure we made the right decision. We toured Bogotá and saw dozens of places, but Ambrosía convinced us from the beginning. The philosophy of the place, the facilities and the environment helped us decide. At Ambrosía, my mother has received the best care we could hope for. The attention is warm, affectionate, professional and ideal. Communication with Luisa, the coordinator; Deisy, the Head of Nursing and with the directives, with Patricia in charge, has always been fluid, sincere and assertive. The nursing team, and the support staff are always ready to pamper and please her. My mother can't communicate like she used to, but you can tell she's very happy. She feels loved and despite her occasional bad temper, she is almost always seen smiling. We know you are happy. I only have words of gratitude and recognition to all the people of Ambrosía, because I know that taking care of old people in the twilight of their lives is a very difficult and tremendously challenging job, which can only be carried out by people with a vocation for exemplary service. I have no hesitation in recommending this site to families who are looking for a protected home so that their elderly people have dignified, safe, calm and happy last years.
