Meeting and working with owner, Lindsay Kratzer, has been a positive and beneficial experience from the beginning. I have met several members of her agency and I've found them all to be caring, helpful people for those facing issues of aging. Reflections Management and Care has been an invaluable resource for my husband with dementia, and for me as his caretaker. Fortunately, Lindsay came to know us through her home visits before my husband's dementia was too severe. She was clear that she was there to help both of us. Lindsay has contacts with numerous agencies and people whose goal is to help us age with dignity. Whenever I had a question, Lindsay could provide me with a direction to find the answer or several answers. Lindsay's sincere concern is evident every time she advocates on our behalf. As my husband's decline forced me to make some difficult decisions for his care, I was so glad we were already established clients with her and her agency. I strongly recommend meeting with her before the needs of your loved one(s) have overwhelmed the caretaker or the family. I truly appreciate her experience and her gentle guidance for my husband and for me as we face the stages of aging.

Lindsay and Carianne are the absolute best! They helped us through an emergency hospitalization of my wife and subsequently the process of getting her quickly home after a bad experience at a rehab facility. We indicated what we needed and it just happened. I give them the highest recommendation, something I don't give lightly. Thank you, Lindsay and team!
Our experience with Reflections has been very positive and uplifting. Both of our representatives, Lindsay and Barbara, are easy to work with, good listeners, kind and compassionate people, who strive to provide the best services they can access. Although the Services they facilitated were of utmost value to my husband, often it was the compassion they exhibited which made all the difference. Being a full time Caretaker can be stressful, and sometimes scary. Knowing we had Reflections to turn to, eased the burden, and allowed me to spend more time with my spouse. Reflections Management and Care were a god sent when mom wanted to stay on her home but needed more help than the Council on Aging could provide. No matter what the problem they found multiple solutions. When she needed 24/7 care they helped us find the best Care Center during covid restrictions. Living many hours away it was so important to have someone available nearby who had mom's best interest in mind. We cannot recommend more highly this company.
Lindsey and her team are amazing! They are wonderful to work with, through Touching Hearts at Home. They hire incredible staff and are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our aging community. They are compassionate, reliable, and a great source when looking for care for your loved ones.
