My family's experience with Hearts and Hands was perfectly fine. The facility was clean and had absolutely NO "rest home" smell. I do want to take a minute to acknowledge Camilla who works at the front desk. I called into the facility many times during my relative's stay there, and Camilla was always friendly, professional, and accurate when I needed to be transferred. She is very welcoming in person as well.

Thank you, Hearts & Hands, for the exceptional care you provided my father during his recent 6-week COVID recovery. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to so many kind, caring and helpful staff ranging from the custodial and maintenance team, kitchen staff, front desk staff, nurses and aides, physical therapists, social services, and management team who demonstrated their sincere interest in his health welfare and recovery. If he/we had any requests or concerns they listened attentively and immediately addressed them. Additionally, we found the rehabilitation facility and rooms to be well maintained and clean, and the therapy room to be inviting, well equipped and spacious. In the past my father has spent some time at a top-rated skilled nursing facilities but this time the hospital was not able place him a bed there, which is how he ended up being placed at Hearts & Hands. If in the future he is in need for rehabilitation services at a skilled nursing facility, he will have no reservation in going back to Hearts & Hands. Upon his discharge from Hearts & Hands my father a retired science teacher, and not an easy grader, gave his rehabilitation care and stay at Hearts & Hands an A+!!!
I can't thank Hearts and Hands enough for taking care of my friend's aunt so well. She was admitted here about a year ago and I have only seen them improve. They have the best staff one can ask for. Not only do they help my friends h her med administration but also grooming as well. The activities staff also paints her nails. Also like many other facilities the food that they provide is not at all bland. It is in fact very nutritious and tasty. They take special consideration into the kind of diet a person needs. Whenever I have gone in with my friend for care conferences the management has been very courteous and considerate. This is one of the best care providing facilities in the area.
It is a very accessible and very professional place. My aunt was there before she died, and it was very pleasant for her. They always kept me up to date on the problems my aunt had. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I never had any problem with the service to my family member. I recommend that you stop by to see the building and its great staff, in fact, I take a great memory of how important the reign was for my aunt's last days. Thank you Harts and hands
Thanks team Hearts n Hands for your great service. Your care and dedication towards patients is remarkable. Therapy goes above and beyond. I've consulted with a number of various physical therapy facilities, and this is by far the best. The nursing team were outstanding. The incharge nurses are all incredible. With every need, they was helpful and polite.
