So the move was positive. The rooms/apartments where exactly as presented in their online brochure and the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in the care of the residents here. They really care and it shows. The dining room, (communal), is large and roomy and set like a restaurant. The meals are plentiful with special orders encouraged. And the meals taste great. The chef cooks food with the same care he shows all of his "customers". All my experiences here at Redmond Heights, or home as I call it, have been overwhelmingly pleasant and easy. I really do recommend this place to anyone interested. This review once subtracted one⭐ because of a chronic WIFI issue. That issue has been resolved. However I'm maintaining a 4 ⭐ rating because of inconsistencies between what one is told verbally about billing and responsibilities for that bill and the forms filled out just after moving in. When I had my stroke last June and after 3 weeks of acute rehab in the hospital, I feel unsafe to go back home as I live alone. Luckily, I found an affordable temporary home in Redmond Heights Senior Living (RHSL) where Paul and his team gave me all the support at this challenging time in my life so that I am now on my road to almost full recovery. I will greatly miss the healthy and delicious meals prepared by Chef Nate and the warm service of his kitchen staff. I am also greatly thankful to Al and Jessie who bring me safely and promptly to my therapy sessions. The other staff took care of my daily needs, from taking of vitals to housekeeping to laundry. The kind and loving residents also warmly welcomed me. Indeed, I will have fond memories of my Redmond Heights Senior Living stay where all the people contributed to my wellness journey. Thank you Lord for this blessing.
Updated info: If you haven't seen Redmond Heights recently, you have to take a look. Many of the rooms have been fully remodled and are BEAUTIFUL. The team and leadership continue to get better. What a great facility! Heights was recently acquired by the neighboring nursing home and has been adding incredible staff and leadership since. It is close to everything Redmond and has easy access to the community. The proximity and relationship with the 5 star nursing home next door makes it a great option with high level resources in all ways. Highly recommend!
My grandfather has been at Redmond Heights for 8 months now. He has been happy and content with the care and attention to the small details of his life including his hobbies, love of getting outdoors for fresh air and nature, and best of all the food has been great. One of the staff members even found out his favorite dessert and baked him a pie for fathers day! The team at the building is one of the best I've met in this area.
Redmond Heights Senior Living Facility has been a good experience for our family. Our mother is 85 years old. Since May of last year she has been in this facility. Our mother’s health has declined drastically. Now she is under hospice care still here at Redmond Heights. All of us kids and grandkids have spent many hours here at Heights spending time with mom. We have had “firsthand experience” with all the staff at Redmond Heights; the Director, the Nursing staff, the receptionist, the kitchen staff, maintenance and housekeeping staff. They are kind, considerate and helpful. As a family all of us can highly recommend Redmond Heights for your loved one.
