The response to a call bell takes anywhere from 15 min to 45 min. It is unacceptable for patients who need help ASAP. The food served in the rooms close to the gym area gets cold. This needs to be addressed. Otherwise the physiotherapy support is out of the world. The nursing care is excellent. Felicita made my life happier inspite of her heavy schedule.

As a physician, I am very particular about the quality of care, and I rarely give five stars to any clinic or medical facility. I usually leave with plenty of feedback, but this experience was rare and unique—my positive feedback far outweighed any negatives. Apologies in advance for any misspellings of names—I wanted to acknowledge everyone as best I could. The nurse assistants deserve the first mention. They do the hardest jobs, and it’s often hard to thank them enough. Their kindness and dedication made a significant difference in the care provided. Special thanks to Sanam, Wendy, Patience, Luis, and many others whose names I may not have caught. The nurses were also exceptional—professional, caring, and kind. A special shoutout to Marius, Bekah, and others who made the experience so positive. The physical and occupational therapy team were fantastic and worked tirelessly to support recovery. Many thanks to Mira, Sravanthi, Joe, Arnold, Daniel, and others. At the front desk, Elizabeth was so helpful and kind. Her warmth and friendliness made my days brighter, even though I couldn’t see her smile through the mask. The nutrition manager, Bin, and the social worker, Scot, also deserve recognition for their tireless efforts and behind-the-scenes support. Debbie Dumandan, the manager, was the biggest highlight of the whole experience. Her dedication and leadership were unparalleled. She was available 24/7 to support her staff and address any gaps in care. She made things happen promptly and efficiently. Finally, I want to thank Dr. Taleghani, the medical director, and Yukari, ARNP. Their warmth, expertise, and approachability were truly appreciated. They connected so well with patients and brought an invaluable sense of comfort and confidence to the care provided.
This facility goes above and beyond with the care you will get for your family member. Had a great experience with my mom’s care and nursing team rocks!!
A very cheerful staff. Social workers were very helpful. Caretakers took very good care of my Mom. Clean
I tried to call them about 3 times and sent then messages via their website to try to get information and have a tour, and they never returned my calls. If they are serious and want to contact me, I would be happy to talk to them.
